Limited 5 Year Warranty

At Colours Cabinet Refinishing, we are proud to stand behind our work.  We want our customers to be happy and completely satisfied with their decision to choose us for cabinet refinishing. 

Colours Cabinet Refinishing (Contractor) is pleased to offer our customers an exceptional five (5) year warranty.  We guarantee our finishes for five years against peeling, blistering or chipping resulting from improper workmanship or materials.  Warranty work will be performed free of charge and includes labor and materials necessary to complete the repairs. If you have a warranty claim, please contact us to schedule a time for us to come look at the “problem areas” so we can correct them.

For this warranty to be valid:

• Pay the full contract price as specified on Project Proposal Form

• Make the property accessible to contractor to perform the repairs

This warranty does not cover:

• Any work which was not performed by the Contractor
• Ordinary wear and tear
• Abnormal use or misuse
• Abrasion, mechanical damage, structural damage, abrasive cleaning, abuse, or damage resulting from use of chemicals or cleaning agents 
• Damage or defects caused in whole or part by reason of fire, explosion, flood, acts of God, alterations, vandalism, negligence or any other similar causes beyond the control of the Contractor

Repairs under this limited warranty will be performed only on the specific areas where peeling, blistering or chipping has occurred, and only to the level deemed necessary to blend or interface with the undamaged finish.

THIS WARRANTY COVERS ONLY THOSE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE CONTRACTOR TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER NAMED ON THE FRONT OF THE PROJECT PROPOSAL FORM OR INVOICE.
